Director of Public Relations
I coordinate with local media on coverage of our company, as well as help write, edit and design Billings and Company documents. I am also the chief manager of BillingsBlog and our company’s social media pages.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in journalism and mass communication, Iowa State University, 2003; 2002 participant of the Dow Jones Newspaper Fund copy editing seminar and internship.
Background: I work part time and remotely from Charleston, South Carolina, where I live with my husband, young daughter and dog. My background is primarily in newspapers, having worked as a reporter or copy editor from large metropolitan newspapers to a small weekly community broadsheet. I am also a certified yoga instructor.
