Account Manager
I am the primary liaison for our client in maintaining his or her retirement plan. I oversee each plan’s quarterly and annual reporting, which includes compliance testing, asset reconciliation, contribution calculations, and various daily requests from Required Minimum Distributions to loans. I work in concert with each client’s Assistant Account Manager to provide plan sponsors and their participants with the answers they need during their working career. I also work daily with our Gazelle by Billings open-architecture system.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business management from Buena Vista University in Mason City, Iowa.
Background: I live and work from Garner, Iowa, with my wife and three boys and enjoy spending time with family, golfing, riding my bike, and watching the St. Louis Cardinals.
