Assistant Account Manager
I determine eligibility for distributions, create and process participant benefit applications (hardships, in-service, force outs, loans, etc.) and provide customer service to customers and plan sponsors. At times, I will follow-up with plan sponsors on obtaining census data or asset statements and assist the Account Manager in the reconciliation of these items. I also input data to create enrollment kits and generate shipments to the plan sponsor and/or investment advisor.
Education: Associate degree in accounting, Western Iowa Tech, 2006; bachelor’s degree in business, Bellevue University, 2011.
Background: I have lived in the Siouxland area the majority of my life. I love baking sweet treats and traveling. I have visited Mexico, Spain, Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Liechtenstein, and my goal is to vacation in a different country once a year. Learning about other cultures fascinates me and makes me appreciate all of the blessings God has given me.
