I provide leadership to position the company at the forefront of the retirement plan industry. I also develop a strategic plan to advance Billings and Company’s mission and objectives and to promote revenue, profitability, and growth. I oversee company operations to ensure production efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources.
Education: Associate’s degree in business administration from the American Institute of Business, Des Moines, Iowa.
Background: I have been married to my wife for over 30 years, and we have three grown children and five grandchildren. In my spare time, I enjoy exercising, reading and bicycle riding. I have ridden RAGBRAI (Register’s Annual Great Bike Ride Across Iowa) each year since 2003; my goal is 40 consecutive RAGBRAIs–wish me luck! Also, I am a permanent deacon and community board member of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Sioux City and chairman and trustee of the diocese’s Priest’s Retirement Plan Board.
